Delicious lasagna filled with housemade noodles, artichoke, mushroom and zucchini.
Ingredients:
Cremini, Porcini, Marinated Aritchokes, zucchini, Bechamel, Marinara, Mozzarella & Grana Padano.

Instructions:
1. Remove Lasagna from freezer and allow to thaw in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Pre heat the oven to 375F.
3. Remove cover from the lasagna packaging and replace with foil. Place the lasagna on a sheet pan and put in the oven.
4. Bake the lasagna for 45 minutes with the foil on.
5. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes more, or until desired colour achieved.
6. Once finished allow the lasagna to rest for 5 minutes, cut, serve and enjoy.
